Event Description: Join us for a night of yoga, yummies, and Yogawoman the film. After a donation based class from 5:30-6:30 lead by Paula, stay for some healthy snacks and a flick. Yogawoman is an eye and heart opening documentary on the contribution of women in the world of yoga. Bring a friend, meet the staff, and connect with old and new friends.
