Shipping and Refunds Policy
Our warehouse is located in Chicago, IL (USA). All orders are placed before 2pm CST ship out the same day Monday through Friday. We use the following shipping methods to deliver your order to the desired address:USA Domestic shipping
USPS First Class Domestic - $5.55 for a standard single DVD to anywhere within the United States. This price will increase with additional items. This shipping method has no tracking or delivery confirmation. Orders shipped out using this method take within 7-10 business days to arrive.
UPS Ground with Tracking - $9.76 for a standard single DVD to anywhere within the United States but this price will increase with additional items. Orders shipped out using this method take within 3-7 business days to arrive.
International Shipping
USPS First Class International - $7.95 for a standard single DVD but this price will increase with additional items. Orders shipped out using this method take 15-25 business days for delivery to Asia, Canada, Europe, and Pacific. Some countries due to tight customs regulations may take up to 30 business days for delivery. Please note this shipping method cannot be tracked.
Please note that all shipping to Australia and New Zealand is now being shipped out of Sydney and this will happen automatically as you order online. AUD $5 for a standard single across Australia and AUD $10 for a standard single to NZ. These prices will increase with additional orders.
USPS International Priority Flat Rate Mail is $16.95 for a 1 or 2 DVDs but this price will increase with additional items. Orders shipped out using this method take 6-10 business days for delivery to Canada and Europe, Asia and Pacific.
Where is my package?
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order, we do not issue refunds or re-ship orders where addresses have been incorrectly entered upon ordering.
Refund Policy
Yogawoman maintains a refund policy for all of the items sold on this website. Refunds, minus shipping and restocking fees, are issued under the following circumstances:* Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
* You are not happy with the product and it has been returned to our warehouse
* Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable
* Your DVD is damaged
We respect your privacy and will never share your details.
