So much is happening, so much happens when people come to yoga. Many times people come to yoga because they want to be fitter and they want to lose weight. They want time for themselves and they want to relax. It’s interesting because my teacher would refer to all of those things as side effects of doing yoga. So yoga as we know, is transformational, it’s life changing. But what I think I really love about yoga is it does that in very, very subtle ways.
