Desirée Rumbaugh was one of the first students to study with John Friend, and one of the first to be certified in the Anusara method of yoga. She now travels the world offering innovative and transformative workshops. Desirée has released two DVDs designed for those who have avoided yoga because of a lack of flexibility, low fitness level or chronic pain: Yoga to the Rescue and Yoga to the Rescue for Back Pain. Desirée contributes to various organizations and publications, includingYoga Journal.
