I think more and more the female yoga teachers are asking the question, how can the practice bring wholeness and wellbeing? It is a very important question right now in terms of the larger questions we face with climate change, with potentially disastrous consequences.
Unless we start waking up and finding a way to live in harmony and balance with nature, I think to live in harmony and balance in nature you have to find the harmony and balance within your own nature.
