Indra Mohan
Indra Mohan was one of the few people to receive a post-graduate diploma in Yoga from Sri T. Krishnamacharya. She has been teaching and practicing Yoga for over 25 years. She is known for her skill as a yoga therapist. With her husband, A.G. Mohan, co-founder of the Krishamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Indra founded The Svastha organization and teaches around the world. The word Svastha in Sanskrit refers to the state of complete health and balance.
