Indra Mohan was one of the few people to receive a post-graduate diploma in Yoga from Sri T. Krishnamacharya. She has been teaching and practicing Yoga for over 25 years. She is known for her skill as a yoga therapist. With her husband, A.G. Mohan, co-founder of the Krishamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Indra founded The Svastha organization and teaches around the world. The word Svastha in Sanskrit refers to the state of complete health and balance.
There are several benefits of yoga. One of them of course is the health. The physical health.

health. The peace and the balance that the practice can bring into our lives.
