Lilias Folan
Lilias Folan is regarded as one of America’s Master Yoga teachers. She first became involved with yoga when her doctor suggested yoga to help relieve a variety of ailments including back pain, sleeping problems. She continued her yoga practice in New York City where she studied and taught with some of the finest teachers from Europe, India and America. In 1968, Lilias began teaching classes in her Ohio community. Four years later, her television series ‘Lilias! Yoga and You’ aired nationally on PBS stations. Lilias is also a best-selling author on yoga and has several audio programs and video.
