She continued her yoga practice in New York City where she studied and taught with some of the finest teachers from Europe, India and America. In 1968, Lilias began teaching classes in her Ohio community. Four years later, her television series ‘Lilias! Yoga and You’ aired nationally on PBS stations. Lilias is also a best-selling author on yoga and has several audio programs and video.

Yoga isn’t about trying to be 22 years old again, it really is something much more fun. It’s being who you are, knowing who you are when the bumpy times come and that you have some skills to deal with them, to deal with discomfort, sadness, the ups and downs of life
