Marla Apt is a Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher based in Los Angeles. Marla leads workshops throughout the U.S. and abroad. Marla was highlighted in Yoga Journal as one of the ‘21 under 40 shaping the future of yoga’. She has been involved with medical research at UCLA on yoga for depression, anxiety and IBS. Marla is also a writer contributor to Yoga Journal Magazine.
