Sally Pugh
Sally is an Ananda Yoga teacher who has been sharing her knowledge with people of all sizes for the last 20 years. She has been working with and learning from large women for the past 10 years and has recently released her DVD, "Expanding into Fullness, Yoga for Large Women." She believes that the gifts of yoga are available to everyone and every body. In her practice and teaching, she is guided by the wisdom of the body, the power of the heart and the joy of discovery.
