In 2001, she met Dr. Douglas Brooks, a world-renowned scholar of Hindu Tantrism, and she began her more formal studies of Tantric philosophy. Sianna is internationally recognized as one of the most senior teachers within 17 the Anusara Yoga tradition, and in 2008, Yoga Journal chose Sianna as one of 21 Young Talented Young Teachers to Shape the Future of Yoga.

And if you show up feeling burdened and anxious, overwhelmed, afraid, that can actually shift inside a breath. Inside a pose. Within a minute. Within one practice your entire state can transform itself. From fear to love.
