Tari Prinster
Tari Prinster is a cancer survivor and caring yoga teacher who understands cancer’s challenges. For eight years, her innovative yoga for survivors has been featured in weekly classes at OM Yoga in New York City and at her retreats nationwide. An author, presenter and program developer, Tari is Principal Teacher in the Women Cancer Survivors Program at OM Yoga and Co-Director of OM Yoga Woman Cancer Survivor Teacher Training. An accomplished Nordic skier, Tari paddles with Empire Dragon Boats in warm weather. Her mantra is: “Cancer steals your breath, yoga gives it back.”©
