This is easy to make, goes with anything and is healthy as long as you are careful what you add to it.

Roasted Cauliflower

PRINT
    Whole head of cauliflower
    Truffle oil
    Salt
    Lemon

DIRECTIONS

If you had told me that I would love roasted cauliflower, I would never have believed you. I put a whole head of cauliflower into a baking dish with some other vegetables surrounding it such as potato, beetroot, carrots and garlic. I spoiled myself with a little truffle oil and let it roast until cooked through on 180 degrees celcius. I have been told you can add parmesan cheese and salt, but I didn't even do that. Just on its own with some lemon and the company of other vegetables was more than enough. Amazing!
